Like the Diamond Series grill, this power burner features a contoured face and backlit knobs Its double ring cast brass burner offers a range of 3,000 to 60,000 BTUs. The Diamond Power Burner easily accommodates a large sauté pan or cook pot and provides the high heat perfect for wok cooking or even deep-frying a turkey! Shown with the porcelain cast cooking grid this burner is also available with a stainless steel cooking grid.
