Greek Burger

Ingredients
- 1 ⁄2 lb Ground lamb Can be substituted with ground beef, turkey or pork
- 1 ⁄2 tsp Fresh parsley
- 1 ⁄2 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 tbsp of Minced onion
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 oz Feta cheese
- 2 slices Red onion
- 2 oz of Tzatziki
- 1 Bun pita or naan bread
Tzatziki Sauce
- 1 cup Plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 a Cucumber finely chopped
- 2 cloves Minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 1/4 of a Lemon
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- Minced red pepper
Instructions
- Mix ground lamb with parsley, garlic and minced onion. Season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
- Grill the burger.
- Grill the thinly sliced red onions.
- Toast the bread/buns.
- Top with crumbled Feta cheese while still on the grill.
- Add thinly sliced red onion and Tzatziki sauce on top of burger.
- Serve on a bun, pita, or naan bread.
