Maple Plank Grilled Salmon
- 8 oz Salmon
- 1 Soaked maple plank
- As needed: brown sugar
- As needed: Mrs. Dash® Seasoning
- Soak maple planks for 3-4 hours in water.
- Place salmon onto maple plank, skin side down.
- Cover salmon with Mrs. Dash® Seasoning, then cover with brown sugar.
- Place plank and salmon on the hottest part of the grill and close the grill lid.
- Cook until you reach the desired doneness.
- Remove and serve.
