Maple Plank Grilled Salmon

  • 8 oz Salmon
  • 1 Soaked maple plank
  • As needed: brown sugar
  • As needed: Mrs. Dash® Seasoning
  1. Soak maple planks for 3-4 hours in water.
  2. Place salmon onto maple plank, skin side down.
  3. Cover salmon with Mrs. Dash® Seasoning, then cover with brown sugar.
  4. Place plank and salmon on the hottest part of the grill and close the grill lid.
  5. Cook until you reach the desired doneness.
  6. Remove and serve.
