Maple Plank Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Salmon
  • 1 Soaked maple plank
  • As needed: brown sugar
  • As needed: Mrs. Dash® Seasoning

Instructions

  • Soak maple planks for 3-4 hours in water.
  • Place salmon onto maple plank, skin side down.
  • Cover salmon with Mrs. Dash® Seasoning, then cover with brown sugar.
  • Place plank and salmon on the hottest part of the grill and close the grill lid.
  • Cook until you reach the desired doneness.
  • Remove and serve.
