BGP gas griddles are designed with superior craftsmanship and top-quality materials. We are pleased to offer a limited lifetime warranty that covers any defects in manufacturing and workmanship on the following components:

• Control Valves: Lifetime warranty against defects.
• Cooking Surface: Lifetime warranty against defects.
• Stainless Steel Housing: Lifetime warranty against defects.
• Stainless Steel Burners: Lifetime warranty against defects.
• All Other Stainless Steel Components: Lifetime warranty against defects.

Electrical and Ignition Components: All electrical and ignition components are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Conditions:

• This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• This warranty does not cover labor or labor-related charges.

Exclusions:

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, alteration, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear, discoloration, surface rust, and scratches are not covered under this warranty.
• Damage caused by the use of non-authorized parts or accessories is not covered.
