Shipping Policy

All orders that require delivery to our warehouse are typically shipped within 48 hours after payment is rendered. Delivery time to our warehouse will vary based on the origin location.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates
LTL shipments outside of Texas must be custom quoted on a per-order basis and will not be shown in the shopping cart. If you require an LTL quote for an order, please contact us for a shipping quote at 1-844-446-1966. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges on any open-box, functional products. If the product is still boxed, the product may be returned for a restocking fee based on the freight cost.

All functional issues are forwarded to the manufacture to handle and honor the manufacturer’s warranty on the given product.
