Fajita Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C vegetable oil
  • 1 C lemon juice
  • 1 T chopped green onion
  • 1/4 t dried rosemary
  • 1/4 t dried thyme
  • 1 T dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together vegetable oil, lemon juice, green onion, rosemary, thyme, oregano and garlic.
  • Place beef or chicken in the marinade.
  • Cover and marinate in the refrigerator approximately 24 hours.
  • Remove meat.
  • Discard remaining marinade.
  • Grill meat as desired.
