Sausage Breakfast Burrito
- 1 10 ” Flour tortilla
- 2 Eggs
- 4 oz Sausage
- 1/4 c Onions
- 1/8 c Peppers
- 1/8 c Cheddar cheese
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- Season to taste with Cholula® sauce
- Cook sausage on a flat top griddle or cast iron topper.
- Add eggs, onions, peppers, salt, and Cholula® Sauce in a mixture. Then scramble.
- Place tortilla on a griddle or cast iron topper. Place egg mixture on tortilla. Add cheddar cheese. Roll and fold the tortilla into a burrito. Warm on folded side then serve.
