Sausage Breakfast Burrito

  • 1 10 ” Flour tortilla
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 oz Sausage
  • 1/4 c Onions
  • 1/8 c Peppers
  • 1/8 c Cheddar cheese
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • Season to taste with Cholula® sauce
  1. Cook sausage on a flat top griddle or cast iron topper.
  2. Add eggs, onions, peppers, salt, and Cholula® Sauce in a mixture. Then scramble.
  3. Place tortilla on a griddle or cast iron topper. Place egg mixture on tortilla. Add cheddar cheese. Roll and fold the tortilla into a burrito. Warm on folded side then serve.
