Grilled Tomatoes

  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  1. Slice tomatoes in half, lengthwise.
  2. Prepare propane geill.
  3. Place tomatoes on a piece of foil or grill topper. Sprinkle tomatoes with oregano and lemon pepper. NEVER cover entire cooking grid with aluminum foil.
  4. Place tomatoes on foil and sprinkle with oregano and lemon pepper.
  5. Grill tomatoes with cut side down, over medium heat.
